CHARACTER AND PLOT ISSUES |
1. Do Vampires drink blood?
Yes, yes they do! Vampires drink human blood and Lycans eat human flesh.
HOWEVER, there is a strict law that all Vampires and Lycans within the New York area are supposed to follow. It prohibits hunting humans (for food or sport) and the leaders of both races enforce it. Vampires must drink animal or donated blood. Lycans must eat animal flesh.
Rogues are not very likely to abide by this law. The punishment for being caught attacking a human is expulsion from the community or, in severe cases, death.

2. What do Vampires turn into exactly?
Pureblood Vampires can turn into a demonic creature that vaguely looks ice a skeleton with grey skin and bat wings. Their canines elongate into lethally sharp fangs. This beast can fly and is extremely agile while in the air. However, keep in mind that it still has a Vampire's regular stamina and unlike a Lycan, cannot keep flying for hours on end. On the ground, its wings fold back and it is just as deadly.

3. What is the Anti-War group?
Founders of the original Peace Treaty. This coalition was founded in the 1800s by a group of peace-seeking Vampires and Lycans who put aside their differences and, sick of the chaos, decided to enforce peace in the form of a treaty. Led by Zero, whose identity is the only one unknown to this day, the group is now disbanded. With the threat of war rising once more, they may resurface.

4. Is the Treaty still in effect?
Yes, the Treaty holds today. Unfortunately, it is a Treaty in name only. Skirmishes between the two races often occur in the back alleys of New York City.

5. Are Vampires and Lycans allowed to attack each other?
No. The Treaty is, for all intents and purposes, still in effect. A Vampire or Lycan (rogue or non-rogue) is expected to maintain peace where possible. The leaders of both races, as well as the Hunters, might pay a visit to those who break this law.
Rogues tend not to abide by any peace-keeping laws, and are frequently wanted for causing chaos.

6. What's a rogue?
A rogue may be either Vampire or Lycan. These are people with no tie to the established Vampire or Lycan pack within the city. Therefore they do not follow the established guidelines set by Lycan or Vampire leaders. They do not live within the community's designated residence, and may mingle with humans to hide. They also will often not care about hunting a human or attacking a member of the opposite supernatural race. Rogues may also form their own gangs. Look at the plot pages for more info on these or form your own!

7. Who can apply for a Canon role?
Any site member who has been active for at least one month! Canons are highly crucial roles, so if you do get accepted for one, please keep your activity level up.

8. Do humans know about the supernatural?
No. The only humans who do know are the CIA Night Watch (who keep this information closed to prevent panic) and the Hunters, who fight against rogue Vampires and Lycans. Both supernatural races have ties with the NYPD and media to hush any funny incidents.

9. Are Vampire/Lycan Hybrids allowed?
No, they are not. If a Vampire and Lycan do ever conceive, most likely the child will die in the womb. If it's lucky, it will be born a sickly human. These races are not compatible - it'd be almost bestiality!
Humans cannot breed with either race. That'd be like a wolf breeding with a chicken. Not gonna happen.
