You could hear the echo of sneakers, foot steps quick whilst the girl ran through the endless tunnels. Turn right, turn left, lose all enemies that were in wake. Holloway looked behind her, watching as the predator faded into the blackness, unable to keep up with her speed and stamina. Sometimes it paid to be .. different, per-say. Just to be safe, the lycan in human form took a couple more turns and continued to run, she honestly didn't mind it much. Though the tunnels were an unfamiliar place, she knew them well enough to know when and where there were gateways to the streets and where there were usually others lurking. What she didn't know, was that a human, low and behold a hunter, was one of the lurkers. Holloway knew that as she had been running, a silver bullet flew past her, smashing into the wall and back-lashing a few times. She remembered throwing her arms up in fear, but never did she let up on her pace.
Safe now, the girl slowed to a stop, huffing a bit as she tried to soak in the oxygen. Recovery was quick for her species, but now here she stood in the darkness, alone and waiting. Sensitive hearing perked to the sound of gravel being kicked far off in the tunnels. She would avoid that direction, as it came from the same direction she had just come from. The hunter. So badly, Holloway wished she could shift and howl to her brethren, calling out for company in her loneliness. Already vivid blue eyes began to sparkle a bit extra as she considered it, K9's sharpening and claws beginning to form at the ends of her fingers. No, she couldn't. It was too much of a risk.
Wait, more noise. The girl ducked down quickly, flattening herself into a tight corner as she listened closer. Footsteps. Shit.
