Dans La Mer is a role play site based in Eastport, Maine, United States Of America. It is some time in the future, but nothing has really changed. Humans inhabit the small beach town, while merpeople are living just below the surface of the Atlantic Ocean in a community they call Myrta. They live under the rule of Queen Trista, taking shelter behind the walls of her large castle. Hybrids of the two species live among both humans and merpeople. Which one are you?
